Hello,

I have always lived in the Brussels area. It is here that I developed a passion for horses from a very young age. Horses have always been an important part of my life. When I finished school, I decided I wanted to make my passion my profession.

 

I began my veterinary studies at the University of Louvain-là-Neuve. To complete my veterinary education I then undertook a masters degree at Ghent University. In June 2018, I graduated in Veterinary Medicine, with an equine specialisation. Thereafter, I worked at the equine clinic Demorette as an intern vet to gain intensive experience in internal medicine and surgery. Whilst there, I had to privilege to learn from specialists in both these fields.

I am currently working as an assistant at the department of Toxicology and Pharmacology of Ghent University’s veterinary faculty.

 

Since then, I founded Ekyvet, an equine ambulatory practice, to take care of all your horses needs at your home.
